Usman Ali MD

Dr. Ali is dual board certified in Medicine and Quality, served as an assistant professor & teaching faculty, has close to a decade of experience, and is credentialed with all the major health systems in and around the area; he spearheads various hospital initiatives and committees, nurtures a health-tech startup while continuing to be passionate about international humanitarian, technology, and people he works with.
Adam Hertlein MD
Director – Night Medicine
Dr. Hertlein is an army veteran doctor who served overseas before returning to the US and worked in multiple states with a decade of unparalleled experience. He spearheads the night program and has successfully brought on board like-minded, passionate physicians to our force.
Zia Salam MD
CO-Director – Night Medicine
Dr. Salam is dual board certified in Endocrinology and IM and has worked as an associate program director of an extensive internal medicine residency where he was also a practice owner of a large endocrinology practice before responding to his calling of inpatient medicine, primarily shaping the night medicine and nocturnist program of countless institutions for more than decade.
Jabran Younus MD
CO-Director - Hospitalist Services
Dr. Younus, after immigrating from Canada, where he did most of his schooling, completed his surgical preliminary before realizing his passion for internal medicine. Since then, he has worked tirelessly across state lines and helped build different hospitalist and night medicine programs from scratch.
